Structural work carried out in Lachine, Montreal, following the previous removal of a load-bearing wall. The ceiling was beginning to sag, necessitating the removal of the finishes, structural reinforcement, and the installation of an embedded structural beam. The walls and ceilings were then resealed and restored to achieve a clean and uniform finish. Floor sanding is planned as the final stage of the project.
